Skimmed milk powder is a dried milk product with a fat content of max. 1.25% and a water content of max. 4%. It is gently spray-dried and made from fresh, pasteurized milk (100% cows milk). It has good solubility and is optimally suited for all applications that require proteins that are as native as possible, for example for the recombination of milk and its further processing into Ice Cream, yoghurt, cheese and fermented dairy products. For recombination into fresh milk: 100 g skimmed milk powder and 900 g water yield 1 kg skimmed milk.
