Fabbri Vegan Base 8gm
Sugar 250gm
Water 65gm
Delipaste Vanilla France 25gm
Lemon paste 10gm

Mix the water, lemon paste and Vegan Base; add the remaining ingredients. Knead as for a normal shortcrust pastry and leave to rest in the fridge.Bake in a static oven at 170° C (with the valve closed) for 25 minutes.
