Cookmatic mounts two cooking plates: upper plate and lower plate, both coated with a specific non-stick material for products that come into contact with food. They are interchangeable and have different shapes, profiles and sizes.

Plate compatible with the Cookmatic tartlet machine, adaptable for Cookmatic Special.
