MSPREAD is a highly stable non lauric fat. It is specially developed for confectionery spreads or very soft confectionery fillings. it is an excellent base for fat continuous products such as chocolate flavoured and peanut butter spreads. It is spreadable over a wide temperature range - from refrigerated to room temperature. also it has a long shelf life due to good oxidative stability and prevention of oil exudation.
